How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is best, and earlier for weekends, holidays and Ramadan evenings.
Do you handle allergies?
We ask about allergies on the form and label every treat. We cannot promise a food is allergen-free unless the supplier confirms in writing.
What if more children come?
Tell us as early as you can. We can add favours and seats if there is space.
Is there a deposit?
Owners should state the deposit and cancellation rule clearly, for example a deposit to hold the date and rescheduling free until seven days before.
