What we keep about you, why, who can see it, and how to remove it.

DRAFT. A lawyer has not checked this note yet. It must be checked before we charge money or promote the service widely.

Who is responsible

Crowd Company for Organizing and Managing Festivals and Events, Kuwait, which runs The Prompt Bakery website and the Learn app.

What we collect

If you make an account: your email address, your name if you give it, and your password, which is handled by our sign-in service (we never see it). If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and picture from Google.

In the Learn app and on the website we count simple actions without your name: for example that a lesson was opened or finished, and a random number stored on your device. We use no advertising trackers. If you send feedback, we keep your message and the rating. If you ask for reminders, we keep the address your browser gives us for notifications. If you give your email to be told when a plan opens, we keep that email.

Websites you publish are public on purpose. Your progress in the Learn app is stored on your device.

Payments and plans

If you buy something, we keep a record of the order: your account email, what you bought, the amount in KWD, the date, the status, the reference of the payment, and the time you agreed to the terms. You pay on the secure page of our payment partner, Hesabe. We never see or keep your card number. We also keep a log of the payment messages (only technical facts and a fingerprint, never card data) for 180 days, to find and fix payment problems. Order records are kept as accounting records. We count how many prompts you make each day so the free limits work: for people not signed in we use a random device code and a scrambled form of the network address; for signed-in people, your account.

Help messages

If you write to us with the Help button, we keep your message, the page you were on and, if you choose, an email address to answer you. The contact is stored encrypted. Only enter your own number or email. Messages are kept for 365 days (spam for 30 days). If the owner switches it on, a short excerpt of your message (up to 500 characters), its topic and a hidden version of your contact are passed to the owner's own private tool. We never send your full contact there. The Help box may first answer with an automatic helper (an AI program). It receives what you type in the box and, if you are signed in and ask about an order, the status of your own order (never card details). If the helper passes your question to a person while you are signed in, we reply to your account email. We keep these chat messages for 30 days to check and improve the helper.

Why

To run your account, to find where learners get stuck so we can make the course easier, to send reminders you asked for, to answer your messages, and to keep the service safe.

Who can see it

Only the owners of The Prompt Bakery, through a private admin area. We do not sell your data and we do not show it to advertisers. Companies that store it for us: Supabase (database and sign-in) and Vercel (hosting). Google receives data when you choose to sign in with Google.

How long we keep it

Learning counts: 180 days. Feedback: one year. Notification addresses that stop working: 30 days. Your account: until you ask us to delete it. Published free sites: 7 days.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your data, or to close your account, message us: use the Help button on any page of the website. In the Learn app you can switch off the counting in Me and turn off reminders in your browser at any time.

Children

The service is made for adults and teenagers. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before you create an account.

Changes

If we change this note we will update the date above.
